Lissandra's blindness
It says she was Mauled by the Ursine
which led to her blindness, but why? I'm sure no one knows the exact reason but did the Ursine dislike the frozen watchers?

was made aware of a great evil (Lissandra) by the maelstrom's vision. He saw creatures of ice slaughter the remaining Ursines. These creatures are most likely the Watchers.
I got this from the Lissandra wiki under the relations section so it at the very least explains why Ursine dislike Frozen Watchers.

Back in ancient Freljord before the frozen watchers were about, humans, trolls, ursine, they kinda just murdered each other all the time. Lissandra being blinded probably wasn't all that of an unexpected injury to get, considering the massive amount of conflict in the early days of the Freljord.
Lissandra is sort of a megalomaniac bent on reviving a race of evil ice god things, so she probably wasn't very popular with many people. She's lived so long she probably could have gotten that wound centuries ago, maybe even in the battle that originally sealed the Watchers away.
