Kinda seems like Riven but at the same time it doesn't seem like her. If it is, why is it there? Just for effects? But why?

What I see is a faint square frame and in it a facial picture of Arcade Riven.
The other image; I see a possible Teacher Morgana skin and a PhysEd Teacher Jayce.
It is obviously marching band Caitlyn and Jayce. CALLED IT!
Looks like Vi a little (in the Arcade splash)- The hairstyle is similar and you can make out a V shape on her right cheek (Vi has a "VI" tattoo on her right cheek).
