Kinda seems like Riven but at the same time it doesn't seem like her. If it is, why is it there? Just for effects? But why?

Arcade Riven only has 2 helmet slits on each side though and the "ghost" ones seems like the slits are all the way across the helm

Winter Wonderland Orianna is pretty human looking (and a bit creepy).
