Ashe's Arrow Conundrum

So reading back over The Eye in the Abyss, a thought hit me. It's stated that nobody knows how to make True Ice anymore, and all the True Ice weapons in the world are now relics passed down from ancient times. We already knew this to be true of Serylda's Flail and Avarosa's bow, but I realized a small problem...

If nobody, not even the Iceborn Descendants actually know how to create True Ice weapons anymore, how does Ashe replenish her arrow supply, given that they also seem to be made from True Ice? Does she have to retrieve them after every battle? Do they just return to her quiver somehow? If not, then she has to use these arrows EXTREMELY sparingly.

Thoughts/ideas?

Maybe her bow is true ice and it enchants arrows fired from it?

maybe her Bow is like Pit's; it creates the arrows on it's own when it fires. and her quiver is either for looks or make her bow look realistic. cause you know someone would want to steal a bow that could create arrows on it's own.

Ashe's arrows are not made out of True Ice. Her bow creates regular ice arrows out of the air. The quiver she has in-game is not in line with her lore, it's not even part of her splash art anymore.

She drew the bow, and by sheer instinct, willed arrows of pure ice to form from the cold, crisp air.
