New Horizon Star Guardian Skins.. Music not added into recalls?

Alright. So... This video went up 9/6, the day before our precious Star Guardian skins went live. Each New Horizon Star Guardian was given music to their backing animation, kinda how like Jinx, Janna, Lulu, Poppy and Lux all have music to theirs. Excited, I went into the Practice Tool on the PBE to check it out myself and it truly is magical. Not only that, but whenever Star Guardians load into the game now, the original Star Guardian Music is now re-done, and is even MORE beautiful ( I can't find a link to the new music, you just have to trust me when I say it is stunningly beautiful. It leaves me with goose bumps lol.) It makes playing the Star Guardian skins that much more rewarding.

When the Star Guardian skins went live on 9/7, not only was the music in the recalls not present, but neither was the New Star Guardian Theme Music at the start of the game. I was very disappointed because I knew what to expect from the PBE servers. Will this be added to live servers before the event ends on 9/25? Or will it be patched in some point during 7.18? I hope this gets fixed soon, because I feel like apart of the element is missing on the live servers when the PBE already has it up and ready.
