Harrowing Skins/Content or lack thereof....

So ya... Where are they?
I get worlds begins at 3am PST tomorrow morning, however, Halloween is also tomorrow, and I figured even you guys would be able to put 2 and 2 together in regards too, people will:
a) want to purchase the new and old harrowing stuff and play them, during the "Halloween season" not AFTER. b) will have plans going into tomorrow which includes but is not limited too:
- watching worlds
- getting ready for Halloween
- taking out little ones trick or treating/going to Halloween parties/events.
- etc. etc.
Your kind of dropping the ball here Riot. The little stories you been posting the last few days, sure they are cool and fit with the scene but considering past effort in events, this was a huge let down and its really showing how your leaning more so favorably to the esports scene which barely makes up 1% of your player and consumer base. Brilliant financial move I must say. real 8/8
Edit: so its now Halloween, still no shop update with the new and old harrowing content. Sure, World's just ended their broadcast, but how hard is it, and how many monkeys in the studio does it take to hit one roll out button? It's getting to the point now where I'm just not going to bother with the harrowing skins this year and sit on my RP for new skins coming later, if at all.
UPDATE#1
so apparently it was announced 2 weeks ago, that going forward there wont be anymore set dates for themed events like harrowing/snowdown because they want to be able to drop harrowing (and I guess snowdown as well?) like events through out the entire year rather than being held to set dates. This announcement was made on the PBE board in which if you didnt or dont have access to the PBE you would have never bothered to look there. Below is a link to the source. You guys should hit it up and express your thoughts on the situation, I personally think its a foolish idea, that allows them to be less creative with coming up with new ideas, while keeping the old ones the way they are.

UPDATE#2
The twitter bot also made an announcement 2hrs ago stating that basically there will be no harrowing this go around, that the skins will be released later, exact date not announced. You should probably also visit it, and express your thoughts on the matter.
