Constantly losing connection to the game.

So im currently playing jhin a normal draft game, with blitz, fiora, jax and yasuo, against a nami, akali, varus, volibear and pantheon. and since roughly 1:35, i've been getting dc'd but I'm getting no notification of it, the game is just frozen, movement and ability wise. The map animations are still happening, music in the background.

I have to escape out of the game, reconnect and its fine for like 15 seconds to a minute, then it happens again, current were at the 30 min mark, and I'm on reconnection attempt #12. my FPS is 125+ and my MS is average 75-85 until this happens, which then it shows 100 and continues to climb, maxing at 500ms when its "attempting to reconnect" yet i can leave the game and reconnect in 10 seconds and my ping is fine.
