Link for the off chance that someone hasn't seen it yet, somehow.

So, to start things off, I know I'm really late on this, but I'm really stoked for this dude to come to live servers, he looks like a ton of fun, but I have a few problems with the translation between the cinematic reveal and what he actually does.

The cinematic has a pretty big emphasis on his hit list and the fact that he kills people by slicing them up or drowning them, namely drowning them while they are wrapped up in fishing hooks and lines. However in game instead of literally hooking people he uses a "harpoon" that's actually just his knife but ghost-y, while the only reference to his list is the strikethrough on the enemy level display when in execute range. The part of the cinematic that seems relatively insignificant, that being the part where he's lurking out of a back alley as a underground knife (unsurprising since he's supposed to be a ghost), actually translates to two of his abilities on it's own (W and R), while almost the entire rest of the cinematic doesn't translate into the game. I would have loved to have seen him literally dragging people into the depths with a whirlpool to be eaten by the Leviathan, or having his stun be an Ivern-esque blink to a target post skill shot and drag them into the floor to "drown" them while making them untargetable.

It mostly just seems like a lot of wasted design potential that was conveyed in the cinematic and simply not translated into a kit. Was mostly just curious what thoughts other people had on it and I would about kill for some design team input, but that's probably a bit much to ask.
