Dear Riot, are Preaetorian Fiddle and Graves in the same universe as PROJECT and Program?

Project and Program are in their own universe. Pulsefire and Praetorian are related, and they are in their own universe -- though the latter two lines can hop around the multiverse at will.
Is Program & PROJECT even in the same universe...?
They're in the Pulsefire multiverse, as they're a result of Pulsefire Ezreal's relentless time crime.
I assumed they were part of the Battlecast skinline at first, given Fiddlesticks' similarity to the robots from that skin line.
CarnivalKnights mentioned it on Twitter that they're like the Pulsefire guys, outside of the main multiverse. And were created because Ezreal was being a dickweed with the timeline and nobody fixes his mistakes
My first though was the Praetorian Skins have a similar design to that of the robots PROJECT: Yi Alpha Strikes in his log in screen.
But also because their voice lines are only beeps and boops they come across as run-of-the-mill, mass produced patrol units trying to apprehend PROJECT: champions.
As far as I know the skins we got are some clones of the existing ones created by Ezreal's constant time and universe jumping.
