A little prediction: Soraka will return to Zaun and meet Warwick

If they decide to reintroduce their relationship from the old lore. Soraka's been there according to her bio, and might want to pay another visit. And she just so happens to shortly after Warwick's transformation, and for whatever reason the writers decide on, he starts hunting her? Yes it's kind of a stretch, but I don't think the writers have outright abandoned their rivalry.

what if she goes to zaun to heal him and ends up dying but healing him to his human form.

What if Soraka is so kindhearted she touches Warwick’s heart and makes him her dog? It would be so cute to see her petting and feeding him as he wags his tail.

I don't think it's all that safe for her... Warwick kills ANYONE whom smells of blood. Plus it doesn't seem like he remembers anything about his past.
