Will Graves get a new Splash Art with all the new Splashes coming out?
Grave's model is good, but his splash art isn't great.
Will he get a new one?

Probably! Riot has said that all of the champions due for splash art updates will be receiving them, they're simply releasing them as they're finished. Rengar's happened to be done before some of the other champs in dire need, and there will be more coming in the following patches.
