I feel like those green eyes at the end is a diversion! a safe guess would be Pyke, but knowing your work from before, Pyke would be too... obvious.

I see ppl dorwning and I think Nautilus but the lightning and the eyes tell me Kennen.

If it's Bilgewater once again I'm going to vomit, Ionia is getting incredibly close too as the focus of the Lore meanwhile Targon and Demacia get left in the dumpster.
