WARNING - Slightly obfuscated spoilers below! I'll try not to make them obvious, but you have been warned!
I got almost all of them (as you'd hope) but there were a couple that I got a different answer for, or just disagree with. Also, I confess that my skin-lore is remedial at best. (If it's not core Runeterra, then I'm less into it!)
Speaking of which, I loved the geography questions, but the one for Stage 3 I strongly object to the answer! Definitely not what I'd go with. I'd have been impressed, and I would have conceeded my failure gracefully, if the answer had been the Arbormark.
I got S2.Q3 wrong, and that's just me being rubbish. No excuses - I really should have got that! S3.Q1 I didn't know the answer and guessed, wrong, and I feel a little less bad about not knowing, but still. Could have done better. S3.Q2 I guessed, correctly. Skin lore!!! My nemesis! S3.Q3 I guessed, correctly, again! Not sure I have an excuse not for being more informed on that one though :( S3.Q4 I got right, confidently, but I'm actually not sure if that piece of lore is still true, since a recent update? S3.Q5 Correct again, but I winced at the skin-lore-ness of it. I guess I remembered slightly more than I thought I did. S3.Q7 I got this. Not sure if it's 'real lore' or not, but I got it! Love those things. S3.Q8 THIS QUESTION. I disagree that it's home. See above.
As for my answer to the final question, I'd say that there is never one, without the other. (This isn't an official Rito answer - just my own take!)
Very nice quiz and well done animation-wise, although I wish there were some Shurima-related questions too.

So I did the whole quiz now and I got 5 questions wrong, tbh not that bad since there are over 25 questions, so I got like 4/5 right

Bandle City is actually in a different dimension separate and connected to both Shurima and Valoran, isn't it? It's the only one I got wrong so im trying to technically my way out of it... T-T
For the last question, does Bard count? He's existed since before this universe iirc. Which makes him older than both ASol and the conception of mortal beings within meaning he also predates Kindred.
