What's with Tristana getting her third high quality in a row in such a relatively short time frame?

When there are still others hurting bad for skins. Since Dec. 2015, Tristana has gotten two 1350 skins and a legendary skins. The two 1350 skins aren't even a year apart, and the legendary skin (her second one might I add) wasn't even a year before the first of the two 1350 skins.

Yorick STILL doesn't have a new skin and there's champions like Kled who are still sitting on their release skin (Yorick also fits into this category, he's from a time when champs got two release skins). Then there's others like Viktor who hasn't gotten a skin in almost four years.

People complain about Ahri getting skin after skin but even she's outpaced by Tristana who now has NINE skins, four of which are 1350 or higher (read: about half of them) and three of those 1350+ skins came out in the span of about 1.6 years (which is a shorter time frame than it sounds).
