Will Mistletoe leblanc skin come back, maybe during Christmas? People say it will and others say it won't.

It will come back, it always does. Just gotta wait till around Christmas.

The skin is a legacy skin,so it will come back. Only limited skins don't come back and there aren't very much of them(rusty blitzcrank,the victorious skins and event skins(like pax-sivir) for example)
I want Snow Bunny Nidalee, but Riot doesn't deserve my money... What am I going to do when Snowdown comes...?
