Silver Borders

Riot, I hate looking at the silver and platinum borders. They don't look anything like their respective emblems. When I first started playing league about a year ago, I honestly thought that the silver border was for bronze and the platinum was for silver. Please fix this for the 2016 season and beyond. Thank you

P.S. I'm talking about the loading screen borders btw. The ones on profiles are fine.
