New Swain Splash?

IMO, Swain's classic just looks outdated. I know you are working on many exciting things riot, but is there a new splash in the future?

I'm not sure about a new splash, but there has been plenty of talk of a dragon master swain skin being released this year. But I would assume he has one coming, pretty much every champ that doesn't cost 6300 ip gets a new splash.

They will release a new splash art once they get a new skin up for him. Thats usually how it all works out, ether by VU or new skin, or both as the catalysts for new things.
