SG Zoe Should Have Been the Legendary

With all the lore surrounding the new skins, it seems like Zoe is either the main villain or one of the main villains in the established Star Guardian universe. The idea of her skin is amazing and visually it's appealing and creative. She fits perfectly for this role. If she's had past fights with other guardians, caused corruption, and generally desires to corrupt or kill all of them, dialogue expressing that from her side would have been pretty neat. Zoe, more than likely, has a lot of stuff to say.

Xayah and Rakan don't get a lot of extra added depth from making them legendaries. Xayah is just Xayah with a few extra lore lines thrown in and Rakan gains absolutely nothing subsistence wise out of his voice lines aside from being the equivalent of a flamboyant disney villain.

All other villains from established universes have gotten legendaries (Thresh, Kayn, Zed, Veigar), just feels bad that the one antagonist we have for one of Riot's most popular skin lines got cheated out of what could have been something extremely interesting.

She was also a member of the first ever team of Star Guardians, so she has that going for her too.

I honestly would be disappointed if she had dialogue expressing that stuff. I think the point of this is we're not supposed to know Zoe's side. She's Chaos, she's unknowable.

It could have possibly been legendary if Riot was not planning on a legendary skin for Zilean (which might be relevant to this or dark star)

Erm. No not at all in this case of Zilean. Are you saying a point and click MS buff/debuff that has zero animation or hardly any effects will be put resources in? A "clock" thrown with zero context of what it even is (what is even this ability?) and just suddenly explodes will get some sort of logical explanation? Why does a clock and a clock colliding with each other makes them explode and stun enemies?

Zilean is one of the champions with nearly zero lore. And has zero action on his model. Like...why do you think Riot would put resources, that just way too much of a project that they just might as well rework him and his model entirely if they wanted to do that.

But I wouldn't get to hear Rakan call the Star Guardians "Star Nerds". And that, to me, is unacceptable

You also have to think about the money riot is going to be making. Xayah aand rakan are pretty popular champions and the sg skin line is one of their best so they figured if they give out 2 legendary skins (each with 3 chromas, 2 icons and borders) they will be making a lot more money than on the past sg skins on release.
