Voice Overs for those that didn't get them?

@Riot, for champions that didn't get any new voice overs or lines with their VGU (such as Fiora), would you ever consider going back and doing them? What would you rate the possibility of that being? Feels bad that when every champ released or gets a VGU comes with a whole plethora of lines and interactions, some didn't get the same treatment. Just curious.

Edit: Or, for that matter, people who have very significant lore changes, such as Leona, Diana, Pantheon, and (most recently) Orianna.
