Twisted Fates abilities

I have always wondered what exactly is twisted fates ability "Destiny", does it mean that he is able to teleport anywhere (even places he has not been) or does it mean he can have a glance at the future(glowy eyes). Also what is the range of his teleportation, does it even have a range? One last thing, what is the destructibility of twisted fates cards? I have always been confused about the extent of damage his cards are able to do and it would be nice to get some clarification on that. Would love a Rioter to answer these questions.
