Here's a small thing I noticed and love about high noon lucian: He progressively submits. Idk if anyone else noticed this but the more Lucian uses his abilities the more he succumbs to this devil. Idk If I worded that right but I'll explain.

His passive and auto attacks are just him shooting like a normal rootin' tootin' gunslinger of the wild west...with magic hell-fire guns. His Q is a little dark(or hot?) but he is again just shootin'.

His W is where the demon starts to kick in. It's not the projectile, that's still just shootin', it's the mark. If you didn't already know, W marks enemies and shooting them makes him move faster, like a built in item 3044. But if you didn't notice, he has this shadowy trail when he gets this effect in this skin, and a little bit of that devilish corruption grabs hold.

But his E takes a whole extra step into damnation where he briefly, very briefly turns into his demonic form, and his ultimate is where he loses his shit, going full boiling-blooded demon, raining pure infernal vengeance before him.

Yet at the end of this hell-fire he returns to his usual form. Like nothing even happened, because nothing did happen. He wasn't taken over by a demon, he took control of one and he shows nothing but control through-out the skin.

I wanted to hate the High Noon Lucian so badly, for it being another ADC legendary skin... But, holy crap. These skins are so well crafted It makes me WANT to play ADC (As a Top main). Riot did amazing.

Not to mention that cinematic ohh lordy that was awesome.

That skin is awesome, don't get me wrong. BUT I DO believe there are a couple of bugs that need to be adressed, namely:

  1. His autos feel a bit slow, I believe that the authenticity incorporated in his attack is both ironically the reason why it is so smoking hot but at the same time the problem. You can easily draw a satisfying comparison with the Project Skin and see it for youself.
  2. There is also that the sound effects of his autos preceed the the animation by a lot. It is absolutely enough to cause to deny the auto when you kite.

PLS RIOT fix that outstandingly crafted skin!
