These were not included in the special preseason Blue Essence store. I know these will only be available when the legacy skin is available. Will that ever align with a blue essence chroma sale? Just curious if there is any point in saving my Blue Essence for it.

because, legacy content doesn't become available on normal occasion like the BE store

Probably not. I didn't hold my breath. Was available during the week of Halloween.
