While Urgot is showing up in the patch notes, can you make some changes to his ult quotes?

I know yall at Riot like to bundle champs changes together in the window of a patch or two (like doing VO work along with rework/balance if possible), so I thought it would be good to work on Urgot's ult quotes while he's going through the balance motions. First off, I think the execution quotes should be more frequent and audible. I can't remember the last time I even heard him say an execution quote, whether that's because it just doesn't come up much or because it got drowned out by the other loud sound effects that play during the execution. It should also be heard by enemies, as the point is to inspire fear in them. Heard in the same way that recent champs have responses to general jokes and stuff (like Yorick's responses), not heard like Kalista having global quotes. Secondly, it's always bothered me how if you tag someone with the ult and they die before you can drag them, Urgot plays his survival quotes. Saying "Your strength has saved you" and "Impressive" don't make a whole lot of sense when the person is dead anyway.
