Creepy Clowns

Recently Pennywise fever has hit a high with the recent It remake, and Halloween is just around the corner. I know, this usually means Harrowing themed skins. I know, Shaco is already a deadly jester champ. This doesn't mean they couldn't do it. If Riot were to jump on the bandwagon and do a small scale skin release, what champs would be best for it?

Fiddlesticks could easily work, a midget clown on stilts, swap crows for balloon birds or just plain balloons.

Maybe a Corki in a clown car. Could alter his Chinese skins fireworks pretty easily for it.

Any other champs, if you like the idea?
