Xayah and Rakan skins

So apparently Xayah's cosmic dusk skin's feathers have been changed back to feathers from moons... Can we keep the cool moons in her skin and make Rakan's not as good skin better? He looks like a monkey with barely any changes in his Q or passive and the end of his recall looks poorly animated, as well as the flower in his taunt and joke looks like origami for some reason.
