Please Revert Frostbutt Irelia's Splash Art

I realize Rito loves their visual downgrades (I mean, look at the farce they did to all of Sona's skins in 4.13,) but we have to draw the line somewhere. You want to touch up the art or whatever, fine. Her new splash though, just looks TERRIBLE.
