So everyone knows udyr is getting a mini rework which is pretty good,but what about a full VGU like the one 
is getting?His kit is just so outdated and nowadays with everyone having an escape he is pretty much useless.Could he be in line for a rework in 2018 or no?

Last time they posted the list of the Tier1-VGU candidates Udyr wasn't among them,so they likely now that he isn't going to get a full VGU anytime soon.
His gameplay is not so bad, especially with theese mini-GUs, and his VU cost a lot of $$$
His gameplay is actually weak, but he has a good visual , a good concept and a good lore. So a full VGu isn't needed and a full GU update like AAtrox would destroy his main concept. Riot tests at the moment some directions that will bring him back
