I hope that we can get some stories between Illaoi and Qiyana's oldest sister.

I really hope for this after what Reav3 said about how they are interested in bringing Qiyana's sisters into the game as champions. The reason I believe Illaoi would be involved is that Qiyana crippled her older sister who is destined to become the empress of the Ixacoan.

This event would clearly emotionally scar her as well as make her feel like she couldn't accomplish much. As a result I feel like this would somehow draw her and Illaoi together, she wants people to chase their desires and there is a chance she could not be doing this as a result of her being demoralised based on her current state.

This would then engage Qiyana's sister being involved in the test of spirit, which assuming she would pass would make her special in some way, that which separates her from Qiyana, as they are both from the same family, they both are elementalists but one is crippled and has passed a challenge and maybe it would make her special, maybe even a member of Nagakabouros' religion.

This is just an idea of how they could expand on Illaoi and tie in existing characters that could become champions in the future.
