Can I get banned for Korean VO?

I have been playing on LA for 3 months with English VO (instead of Spanish) and so far I haven't been banned yet. I have to repatch it after each update thou since it rewrites back to spanish.

you should be fine to use it. I know dyrus was using VO on stream a couple days ago. But people have gotten banned for 3rd party programs that riot has even given the okay to, so I find it's best to just stick with the vanilla game and not risk it.
