WHO IS DEADEYE? - Speculation on the teasers

Most teasers are speculation about what's happening to , , and . But what I'm speculating right now is WHO IS THIS 'DEADEYE' character.

Obviously, this guy uses some sort of gun, as depicted in the teasers with the gunshot at the beginning. But that doesn't mean he's using an actual gun does it? You can see that there's no blood where the marking on in the characters. So maybe he's just marking them, but why mark them? Well, it might be Deadeye considering these people as TRAITORS. Zed: Killed his master and disturbed the balance while creating the Shadow Clan (or whatever they're called) Vi: Left her gang and went to Piltover to fight the very thing she did originally Garen: Fell in love with Katarina (but hasn't left for her yet), somewhat betraying his people Sona: This one's a bit iffy, but when she left Ionia when she was adopted by Buvelle. Possibly a traitor to her homeland, in his eyes. TL;DR: He sees them as traitors for 'betraying' their homeland

Or another possibility is he shows people what they want, but it might break the people in someway, leaving a mark of some sort that cannot be healed, like the markings on Garen's face or Sona's neck. Garen: Maybe free from this endless battle against Noxus (maybe peace), and Katarina. The markings on the face could be a tear drop cracking his face. Zed: Zed might not be fully in control of the shadows, and maybe wants to be free FROM this conflict with the shadow. The blossom possibly comes from the shadow inside, rather than off zed himself. Sona: She possibly wants her voice back, so of course it would be at the throat. Vi: Like Garen, she might want peace, but more in a way to escape the haunting memories of her past, and also the job she has right now and just wants peace, or a different solution than just punching things (which might be against her character, but maybe deep inside she wants that) TL;DR: He shows them what they want, but leaves scarring.

Or, last speculation, which could have to do with the first one with TRAITORS, is he seems them DEAD in his EYE as they are traitors, so he thinks he should put them out of their misery.
