Which skins are getting a splash art update?

So... as you guys may have known, Reav3 confirmed a list of the champions getting skin splash art updates, they are as followed (in no particular order):

Now, my question is, which skins for each of these champions are getting updated? I'm curious to know.

Confirmed by Reav3: Special Forces, Sultan and Captain Gangplank are not receiving an update Obvious ones: Trundle, Nidalee and Tristana
