Sweetheart Quinn is REALLY poorly designed.

Messy skin for messy rework. Everything checks out.

But in all seriousness, i doubt it will be changed at this point. It's simply too old for that.

I kinda completely forgot that skin existed and just the other day was thinking to myself like "yup, it's been a long time since a Quinn skin" but it really hasn't, Sweetheart skins just generally suck.

You're what, 3 years too late to the party here? Unless Quinn gets a VGU anytime soon, that skin isn't changing. That said, the skin isn't that different than any other Valentine's skin, so I'm not sure why you consider this one tacky and the rest ok.

I personally think the skin looks ok, and at the very least the basic design and concept are good. She also had a lot of texture shenanigans right before it was released if I recall, so I imagine some of the wonkiness is due to that.

Unlike the Rakan skin. It had an extended PBE skin and I hate it. The colors are awful, there's way too much baby blue and white for a Valentine's skin. This was a great idea, but the design just didn't turn out for me personally.
