Permanently change the announcer voice to Dark Star Thresh

Sorry, but I honestly don't get irritated anymore when I hear "ENEMY QUADRAKILL" (unless it's yasuo) because the new announcer voice just sounds so cool. I like it a lot better than the other one.

A lot of people (like me) prefer the default announcer but they could sell the custom ones like DOTA

I'd pay money to keep Thresh or for other champion packs.

Yeah, pls allow us to choose Dark Star Thresh as permanent Announcer, I'm already missing his voice
