Heartseeker Rakan is awful (and tackiness in general)

I'm amazed that some skin design concepts ever go through. Firstly, HS Rakan isn't completely bad: Long sleek white hair? fine, flowing clothes, fine... but what is up with all those heart lockets, especially the one poking out of his head? Why is is whole colour palette so... meek? Fine if his cloak is, but why are all of his clothes weak colours too. His hair is also died with odd emo streaks... I mean, the concept execution was completely bungled up. HS Xayah is better, but not great.

Some skins come out and they're fantastic (Project Jhin to me was better than Proj Vayne, which was also quite good), but others come out and you question if they were made by a blind eastern european fashion designer from the 80s. Yes, some tacky skins are tacky on purpose. They are ironic for a purpose, and that works. But this one doesn't even work as a "cupid".. it's just odd.

I'm not saying I think this is a great design, but I'm saying it retains some masculinity. Rakan is supposed to be some sort of charmer, a heterosexual character (xayah's partner), who isn't afraid to throw himself out their for her recklessly. This skin conveys none of that... in fact, it achieves the opposite.

This whole post is obviously subjective, but I'll state it explicitly since there are dumb people out there who always feel the need to say "but that's your opinion", despite it being one by definition.
