The Lores of the Champions

I am somewhat fairly new to LoL, having less than 6 months of being a part of the community and I have picked up on the fact that Riot is trying to re-evaluate and re-create each champions Lore and as it so seems they're doing it by region/affiliation i.e. Shurima, last one was Targon. I am very interested in Champion Lore as well however I would like to know which champions/regions have been reworked and which ones have yet to have their polishing.

Obviously I know Shurima & Targon have been redone, but what others have been redone and which have yet to be renewed?

It may just be me or that he really doesn't play a huge role in Piltover's lore, but it feels like Ezreal has quite a small story, I main him though so I may be biased. But I have also noticed other champions with somewhat shorter backgrounds as well. This is not me asking riot to hurry up and cultivate stories like a fast food restaurant; right now I just want to know what's been renewed and what's next to be looked over again. If anyone can provide some information & feedback on this that'd be awesome thanks!

So like you said there are the pages for the shurima lores and targon lores. Last year we had an event for Bilgewater which came with a story and updated the lores of the champs that were involved in that story(namely TwistedFate MissFortune Gangplank Graves) http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/site/bilgewater/

after that we had a small shadow isles event that updated the lores of most of its champions(namely Karthus Mordekaiser Thresh Hecarim Kalista ) and gave us a follow up story to the bilgewater one. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/site/shadow-and-fortune/index.html

The small storys that you noticed are so called short lores. Champions nowadays usually get only a short lore within the client and a full lore on the main page, though there are some technical difficulties with this thanks to the internal design of the client(for example Leona,Diana and Pantheon still have their old lores on their champion pages, even though their canon-lores are on the targon site and Taric has only his short lore on his site),so I'd recommend the league wiki for now, since that does a pretty good job at making all the lore accessible on their respective "champion-background" sections. However not every champion with a short lore has a full lore already,Ezreal for example doesn't have a full lore currently and it doesn't look like he'll get his in the next few weeks.

As for which champs already have new full lores, those are(aside from the bilgewater/shadow isles champs I've mentioned above as well as the targon and shurima champs) : Kindred Poppy Shen Jhin Illaoi However pretty much all the lores released after Azir are made with the retcon in mind,so all the lore pieces for RekSai Bard Ekko TahmKenchCassiopeia Ezreal Tristana are all canon as well even if they mainly only consist of their short lore currently. Similar it is often assumed that every champ since the freljord event(which pretty much introduced the first major retcons) are also thought to be canon even if they currently don't fit the current lore-format Ashe Tryndamere Trundle Olaf Volibear Sejuani Udyr Lissandra Gragas Aatrox Lucian Nunu Anivia Jinx Yasuo Velkoz Braum Gnar Twitch (I likely missed some though)

The other two regions that have received new lores for all (or majority) of their champions are the Shadow Isles and Bilgewater, less of the Shadow Isles champs though (really it was just the undead people). Shen has also received new lore, and all the new champions and relaunches have them as well.
