What do you mean as in responded about exactly? They've made a statement saying that Harrowin Will no longer be tied to halloween or are you asking them to make a more formal announcement ?

Any news on release of skins. Not keeping the event tied to Halloween is dumb. Ppl r pissed n no word from riot. Just the patch notes.
