Seems like you haven't seen it, but Twitch is getting an Omega Squad skin very soon!
It's currently on the PBE:
I agree. It sucks that some of the skins that I want for twitch are the ones in the vault. At least RIot made a way to obtain Medieval Twitch now, but still have to wait like Christmas or other events to get any of the other skins.
