A simple edit, just appended the following concept art to Morgana's current model. I noticed inconsistencies, apart from the dress that i felt is kinda fine but also goes against the concept originally set out for her.

The concept wings look so good. I have no idea how they managed to get her bottom wings to look the way they do now. When I first saw them I thought it was a tail and everyone I know still thinks it's a tail and that she's now part vastayan...

For simple character clarity I feel this does need to be changed a bit.
I hate you for doing this because now I know how good she could have looked, and we all know Rito will never do anything about her to fix the tail they've made...
I kinda like the tail. A fallen angel aka a devil often has a tail, so I think it fits.

Oh so it's supposed to be wings tied down and not a tuft in the dress!!! OMG I have played her quite a bit and I didn't noticed that (I also read the lore). I just didn't percieve that as wings down
It bothers me that they insist it's her bound wings when it is very clearly a tail.

As much as I like the wings in her concept arts (and even prefer them), I think the weird tail-thing is intended to be part of her identifiable silhouette and is likely something all her skins will have. I personally think it makes her read too much like Evelynn (particularly how her animations make them move, looks a lot like Evelynn using Hate Spike)... but c'est la vie.
