FPS Drop during games?

Hey guys. I've had a weird issue with my client after the second to last patch. I find after enemies are slain and the animations for dragons spawning, that my FPS seems to skip. I have MSI Laptop with a Geoforce GTX 1050 graphics card.

I've tried:

Uninstalling league Running a Corruption check Updating drivers Changing settings Changed power settings on the PC

I'm unsure what to do but the persistent lag has effected many games, thank to anyone that can help.
