Legendary Arcade Skin

So we got our Legendary Boss Skin with , making him the head honcho of the Battle Bosses. Now, we need a Legendary Arcade skin. We got so many Arcade skins, with lore to go with them even, but none of them are legendary level like . As for candidates I nominate . I feel the Arcade theme goes great with him design wise. His skin could be made that he's like a video game hacker, and his hacking skills make him one of the few individuals in the Arcade universe who could go up against Final Boss . Opinions?
