Vel'Koz is Sloth not only because he is the least active voidling ( even his dance is just a lazy nod and sway) but he doesn't even walk just hovers by being. Also he only seeks knowledge via Organic Deconstruction by his abilities.

Kha'Zix is Envy because he consume others to make himself better. He craves biological perfection which is a very jealous notion which undermines the individual. What he should be more jealous of the fact that he is the only voidling so far that has no true damage in their kit.

Rek'Sai is Lust not because she is a girl (Sexist) but she constantly hunts prey. Most people who are lustful often stalks the people there interested in , also Lust can turn any one-sided love into murder if the individual is to far gone.

Kassadin is Greed because his folly was the need for forbidden knowledge and now that he was scar by the Void he harbors all its terrifying secrets to himself. Also for the people who watched Full Metal , Greed was the only homunculus to go against his brethren.

Malzahar is Pride not only because he a leader of a cult but he is so blinded by his vision for a new world that he allied with the monsters of another world. He even able to manifests monsters of his own.
