Didn't even realize it was a joke till the 4th passive that said 400 blue essence per game. Then I thought to myself, Riot might actually do that...
Now, just saying, but technically he doesn't say that it can one shot other void creatures exclusively. Not sure if the effect means that it only does it against Baron and Rift Herald, but an Ult that can oneshot anyone, technically one shots void creatures.
