not a strong hope but hope never the less. but if riot does go ahead and do more origin videos there are so many champions that i would kill to see showcased in an origin trailer as long and as beautiful as Annies LucianGnarNidaleeRivenSonaNautilusAlistar would my top choices in a origin video EDIT: as well as Kindred and Kalista and if this rioter comment is their general feelings towards making future origin videos and theyd like to know if we liked annies video enough for them to make more well............... https://giphy.com/gifs/yes-thor-mcu-3ohzdFRFAi7zQ0VKKI

i hope so too, reading is nice but this is way more impactful. i think knowing what a character is been through is half of what makes a person like or hate a character. you want that story to be as clear as possible for them. i dont think annie story would be this sad if it was with words on paper.

i can imagine a origin Video for Sona though, about her time im lonia at the orphanage! or story of Riven joining the Noxus ranks.

I'd rather it wasn't like an ongoing thing, I prefer that Riot just makes cinematics on their own terms and where they can most realistically produce one instead of forcing animation devs into some kind of consistent scheduled. But even if it was a common thing to expect and like they increased the over all number of cinematics per year, we wouldn't see the results of such things until like next year, earliest end of this. Unless they cut down on the overall time spent developing each animation.

Im also curious if cinematics would hold back updating a champion's lore or not, if a champ who needs an LU but is planed to have a cinematic too would that mean a new bio is held back permanently until said cinematic is finished, considering the time spent developing Annie's new video.
