Possible Warwick Update Teaser Opinions

Curios of what people think of the possible teaser for Warwick's rework. I'm personally not a huge fan of him becoming some guy who Singed randomly stumbled upon to be augmented compared to the past lore of the two actually being friends. It made it seem like they we're less of Villains with their sinister plans but actual people who just so happened to have a different life then the other characters. The bad guys have friends too because they don't spend their days just thinking of ways to attack the good guys.

It seemed kind of nice to know the villains weren't just monsters roaming the land looking for good guys to do battle with and innocents to torture with their sheer existence.

Other then that the only other gripe I have is the idea of him becoming some half techno werewolf. After playing Killer Instinct for the past 3 years I have had my fill of the steam punk werewolf design. It was already pretty tired then and I don't think Riot will do anything interesting with it now. Well they might give Warwick one big ass claw arm and one normal arm but that just be stupid.

I feel like the arm thing is just their way of justifying keeping the current arm thing he currently has going on. In his current splash he has armor on his hands or some metal, i think thats what its for and thats it(or at least I hope thats what they are doing that for).

I can see that, I just hope that it doesn't turn out to be some asymmetric design choice. Not a huge fan of the enemy that looks like they just jack off all day long.

I'm so triggered right now. Anywyas, psychotic criminals exist in real life, so I don't get why they shouldn't exist in Valoran.

Also it's not the problem that he's a killer it's a problem of another unneeded lore change just to fit a gimmick of "Mad Scientist Uses the filth of the world to us their experiments on."

Before Singed had a kind of scientific honor about himself. All of his drugs and potions he'd test on himself his abilities in game are all test potions that he's using in lore for the first time. On top of that, he and Warwick we're friends and Singed was even against his transformers since it was untested. Warwick also was like Rengar, as in he was a trained man hunter but unlike Rengar, Warwick wanted to go even further beyond which lead to him becoming a werewolf on the verge of losing his mind.

There is no problem with change unless it isn't called for. All this does is confirm what people we're saying before. In the past LoL was filled with grey characters, with their motives being their motives and they only went to war with others for political perspectives not because X is evil and Y is good. The only truly destructive entities we're the void creatures which sought only to consume our world and move on to the next with little to no context as to why.

Alot of people got attached to those characters because no one was bad. Even the faction said to be the paragon, Demacia had massive classism, sexism and racism issues that the city choice not to address which made Noxus seem good in the light of people's perspectives. Demcain's we're said to be hypocrites, wanting to give peace and justice to all but barely held it's self together while Noxus valued the strong regardless of your race or gender but at any moment someone could just gut you and take you position. Shades of grey look much better then just black and white side by side.
