With the latest PBE update they removed the white streak Graves has in his hair when using the victorious Graves white (solo/duo) chroma. This was what made that chroma look the best and without it it just likes like base Graves with a white outfit.

I guess they didn't add too many bips and bobbles for lox spec.
There's really no saving this skin. It's so gay it makes Taric look straight.

They downgraded soloQ/duoQ graves so that other ranked queues chromas, don't feel like they get a shitty skin. Remember not every one is gold on soloQ. Alot of people are getting rewards only because of flex Q and 3v3, so...
Really think with all these changes to force bronze players into silver and with the poor quality of the victorious skins i am in the belief that most Rioters are Bronze scrubs at this game so they are doing everything they can to program to allow themselves to reach Gold while simultaneously doing poor work on skins that are rewards for doing well in the game out of spite.
If Riot could get Gold and above skilled players to make the 2018 victorious skin that would be better so they would have the proverbial "Dog in the Fight" / "Skin in the game" / "He is a stake holder" to the quality of the skin.
This would literally fix the poor quality issue.
