Females generally have breasts, but when you design Kai'Sa and now the new Miss Fortune skin with a fucking BOOB WINDOW, Riot is making it clear where they stand on misogyny: that it's ok to objectify women for the sake of selling their game to horny teenagers.

This is fucking unacceptable.

I just bought Riot points for the first time in years (to get skins on sale I wanted) and now I fucking regret it.

I don't want to give ANY money to a company that thinks it's ok to reinforce the most damaging stereotypes of body image and outright objectification.

I'm fully aware not many people give a shit about women and this thread will die, but I NEED my voice to be heard by Riot. You are hurting women. You are part of the problem.

Objectification? I see no objectification here. Miss Fortune has always been a sexy character, and her attitude has always been to own that status and use it to her advantage. It's in her voice-over, particles, and animations. There are plenty of sexy champions in League of Legends, both male and female, just as there are plenty of champions that exemplify the virtues of their grim and gritty, innocent and child-like, or valorous and headstrong designs. If Riot were to capitulate to the demands of a select few whiny individuals, they would be forced to take half of their champion designs and make them pointlessly normal, which is just... boring.

You can't sit here and demand diversity in champion design, only to cry when Riot's designers come out with some form of diversity you don't like; diversity means that we celebrate every kind of body type, skin color, and attitude, whether that's sexy or disgusting or innocent. Guess what? There are sexy women with large breasts in real life, are you going to walk up to one of them and demand they put something more conservative on if you see them walking down the street wearing something sexy?

Media does not shape culture, media REFLECTS culture. Stop whining that Riot is somehow violating the rights and feelings of nonexistent digital characters that represent something greater than themselves.

Okay, I really hate replying to these kind of threads, but I have to say this.

Who objectifies women more? men? or other women? Fashion, those shitty cosmo magazines, TV. Who contributes the most to these problems? I highly doubt it's "virgin men drawing tits in the basement" but rather women. I'm friends with several female artist. Do you know how often they draw breast? and how well done they are?

Also, did you know breast are highly erogenous? Nearly as much as the clitoris? Compare this to the nipples of men that have next to no sexual satisfaction. This is why breast are considered sexual organs, not because of some shitty freud theory that people like to spout about mothers and them breast feeding children (formula through bottles is also quite normal at this point, all the more reason that this theory is stupid.)

Stop telling other women how to dress, stop being the problem of society. Stop telling artist how to draw, if they want another sexy fox lady, let them, it is not your place to police and discriminate people based upon your feelings and projecting your assumptions upon others. Its fucking tiring.

Could have Riot done better? Yes. Is Kai'Sa appearance a bit disappointing considering their track record for the female champs released in past years? Indeed. Did Riot create a problem designing a bit too much characters sporting the "femme fatale" concept? Absolutely. Is this the end of the Earth and the instigation of violence and disrespect against women? Not really.

I agree that the kai'sai tit window is stupid all tough if it really bothers you, you can always buy the skin. Also, the new mf skin is more like 4 skins and only 2 have cleavage and they are the worse ones. In the end though you have no right to complain as there are numerous male champion skins which make them shirtless (pool party taric, pool part graves and even lee sins base skin leaves him shirtless) and 0 female champions have gotten shirtless skins and also I personally don't really care as im a horny teenage boy. [slayer-jinx-wink] can I also just say the login screen music is really nice and the home menu interactive parts are neat

I agree with you, as woman playing this game it makes me uncomfortable that most of the female characters are objectified. Especially since there is about double as many male characters. I wish there was more diversity among how the female characters are depicted. Now they all look quite similar, animeboob-style. I also wish there were more of us ladies playing the game. The odjectified characters of course only make me feel less like I belong here.
