The base skin could be either what we have with the splash now or sp00ky ghost blue, and a chroma could be put out there of whichever didn't end up being the base skin. If they decide to make blond hair fair skin Tango Eve the default, they could give the blue Tango Eve chroma to everyone who already owns the skin for free or something.
In any case, there's no reason everyone can't be happy in this situation.

There is nothing wrong with the complaints regarding Tango Evelynn though and we should not have to spend extra RP just to get the skin that the splash art promises. Had they made the splash art blue skin with blue hair from the get go there wouldn't even be an issue. The ingame skin is way too different to ignore. That is the complaint. Making chroma won't fix that.

Yes there can be people unhappy with the situation. This is the league community were talking about.
The losing side wont want to pay for the chroma. And you KNOW Riot wouldnt give that for free just because some people dont like the direction they took the skin.
The main issue with the skin was simply HOW different the skin and the splash were. It was borderline false advertising. Sure some splashes look REALLY good but the ingame ma7ybe had a slightly off crown, or sword.
But with Evelynn that already has SO little to her skins (considering the whole "half naked, no weapons to customize" thing) having approx 50% inconsistant with a skin and a splash.
Personally i prefer the human looking Eve, and Riot has stated they are currently updating one of them (not sure which) and i dont really care which they go for. But they need to be similar.
