Change sound effect on "Everything is okay" emote

The Soraka "Everything is alright" emote needs to have the sound effect be crackling flames.

The whistling completely kills the feel of using that emote. I like to use it when, say, there are 4 really low hp enemy players and I 1v4 with a strong chance of killing them all, but I go in 1 second before my ulti is up. I die then I drop the Soraka flames emote. Needs some crackling flames, then it will be fixed. Thanks
