Probs yordle, I wouldn't be too suprised if she was the sister to Lulu or something, considering that it appears that riot (mind the pun) wants to go with a bubbly personality for this champ, so I'd hazard a guess thats its most likely a yordle, could still be a midget/child too tho.

Then can you give us some more informations about her ? Like if she's really "the Dreamer", what does this asleep/drowsy animation means, if it's a spell or a new mechanic. Can you just tease her a bit ? All we know is that she's an high burst / mobility mage midlane and that she's not as "serious" as the champ riot recently made.

We can already tell it's a new mechanic or cc because it appears by a champion's health bar the same way a slow/stun/any other cc would.

This new champion will likely use a spell that launches a bubble to a target location which then pops, creating a field. If the enemy enters the field they are affected by the "drowsy" cc which will turn into a stun (sleep) after a delay.

What we DON'T know is exactly how sleep operates. Maybe drowsy and sleep are dispelled by damage taken. Maybe not. We just don't know!

Sleep looks to be an interesting cc. It seems to be a stun with a delayed activation. You'll have a moment to move/flash before it takes hold.

And on a burst mage... this will certainly be interesting.

Incorrect. Meddler said we would be slowing down the smaller Champion reworks (like Azir) as those are now done by the LGP team who are all helping on Runes Reforged right now. Champions team is not currently working on Runes so New Champs and VGUs are not slowing down.

So do you know roughly when we can expect Irelia's (I think she's the one before Swain) VGU? Or at least an unofficial ETA of when you think it'll be ready to put up on the PBE for testing?

Irelia is the one after Swain VGU actually, I think we should expect her to ship in march of next year.

They just announced Irelia, that makes her after Swain.

Both of which are most likely sometime in 2018 (Swain we can guess is around January at the earliest to maybe February). Irelia will be a bit later on, I'd say maybe by April.

The champion should get released with or after Swains rework. So we should expect the new champion to roll in the preseason. The new champion from what I've seen and heard has new status effects and he might be able to steal skills. Nothing is certain, let's just wait.

This Champ will be released before Swains Rework. I have no source but I've heard times and times again that Riot will alternate between Champion reworks and new Champion releases. After Ornn came Evelynn, and after Evelynn comes our new Mage. After this, Swain, then a new Champ and then Irelia.
