Sleep looks to be an interesting cc. It seems to be a stun with a delayed activation. You'll have a moment to move/flash before it takes hold.
And on a burst mage... this will certainly be interesting.

The champion should get released with or after Swains rework. So we should expect the new champion to roll in the preseason. The new champion from what I've seen and heard has new status effects and he might be able to steal skills. Nothing is certain, let's just wait.
