Why do all sivir skins look like a toddler designed them?
Is it just me or does sivir not get any love? All her skins are total shit.....what gives?

Sivir was one of the first champions in League of Legends, so she has a lot of old, cheaper skins with pretty poor splash arts by today's standards. Since she got a visual update, they're not so bad in-game, but I have seen many people clamoring for her to get a splash art update like Miss Fortune got last year. All of her pre-2013 skins desperately need it.
Besides snowday, they are all pretty bad
Seems that most of the original champs all have been forgotten with exceptions being lux and ez....which how many fucking skins do those 2 really need?
Bandit Sivir and Snowstorm sivir are great, pax sucks though
