Urgots special taunts arent working for me

for example if i press ctrl 2 near swain urgot says regular taunt but swain responds with like he would with special tount. also no specific region taunts work when executing champions from said regions. the way i would atleast fix his regular special taunts is make them trigger on basic attacks instead of ctrl 2
